This episode features Issac Etter. Isaac is a transracial Adoptee and social entrepreneur dedicated to reimagining post-placement support for adoptive and foster families. 

Adopted at the age of two, he draws on his personal story and deep commitment to adoption and foster care education to provide relevant, high-quality, and diverse resources for parents and adoptees.

We dive into his adoption story, his own reckoning with his identity as a transracial Adoptee, and why supporting parents, families, and the Adoptee ecosystem through education and Adoptee-centered resources is so important to him. We also learn more about his journey in building his company, Identity.
